Here are the kinds of payment we take:
- You can safely use Stripe with the following credit cards: Stripe, MasterCard, Visa, American Express (AMEX), Discover, and JCB.
- PayPal: You can also pay safely with PayPal Guest Checkout or your PayPal account.
- Checks: You can pay with a check from your account or from your business. We will fill your order as soon as the check clears. Allow 5 to 7 business days for the check to clear.
- Money Orders: Provide Goodwool your money order. We will verify your order and process it as soon as we receive it.
It's vitally important that all transactions are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your bank might charge you more to change money or handle orders from other countries.
2. Safely handling payments
Your safety is our top priority. Stripe is an encrypted payment gateway that is PCI-compliant and handles all credit card payments. We don't save your credit card information on our servers.
3. Confirmation of Order
After we have your payment and process it:
- You will get an email with the details of your order and a receipt as verification.
- Once your check or money order has cleared, your order will be confirmed.
Please check your spam or junk mail folder or contact us directly if you don't get a confirmation within 24 hours.

If you can't pay:
- Please ensure that the billing information you provide matches what is on your card or PayPal account.
- Pay in a different way
