1. What kinds of things does Goodwool sell?

We make wool coats that are stylish, comfortable, and long-lasting, making them excellent for everyday wear. The coats are made from the best materials, and the style will never go out of style.

2. Where do you send things?

Currently, we ship all around the US. In the future, it may be possible to ship to other countries.

3. How long does it take to get there?

Most of the time, orders are processed within one to three business days. Delivery normally takes between 5 and 10 business days, depending on where you live.

4. How can I find out where my order is?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number lets you track your package at all times.

5. What do you do with things that are returned?

We will accept returns of items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, and have not been washed within 30 days after delivery. Please contact our support team to begin a return.

6. Do you allow people to trade?

Yes. You can ask for an exchange within 30 days if you want a different size or color and the item is still in its original condition.

10. Am I able to amend or cancel my order?
